1. Injection molding mold

It is mainly a kind of molding mold widely used in the production and manufacturing of thermosetting plastic products, and the production equipment matching the injection molding mold is the injection molding machine. Generally only applicable to the production and manufacturing of thermoplastic products, plastic products manufactured by injection molding molding processing technology are very common, from daily life appliances to a variety of complex household appliances, auto parts, etc., are all molded by injection molding mold, which is a widely used production and processing method in the production and manufacturing of plastic products.

2. Injection mold

4. Suction mold

A kind of mold that takes plastic board and plastic board as raw materials to form some relatively simple plastic products, the basic principle is to use vacuum packaging bloom mode or air compression molding mode to make the plastic board and sheet fixed in the cavity or mold base, and to change the shape under the condition of heating and dissolving, and stick to the concave die of the mold to obtain the required molding goods. The key is used in the production and manufacturing of some daily appliances, food products, small toys and plastic packaging products.

5. Injection molding machine

It includes two types of structural molds, namely, reduction molding and injection molding. The key is a type of mold used for molding polyurethane elastomers. The corresponding facility is a working pressure molding machine. The key parts of the mold of the injection machine are the concave die, the feeding chamber, the guiding structure, the releasing member and the heating system. Betting molds are commonly used to encapsulate electrical component layers. The common materials used in the manufacturing of the injection mold are basically the same as those of the injection mold.

6. High polyurethane foam polyethylene molding mold

It is a kind of mold for plastic foam packaging products of various required forms using flexible polyethylene (beaded material composed of polyethylene and styrofoam) raw materials. The basic principle is that the polyethylene can be vapor formed in the mold, including two types of simple manual practical operation mold and four-column hydraulic press directly connected plastic foam mold, which is the key to the packaging design of the production and manufacturing industrial supplies.
